No later than the following Friday from the date posted, please ensure your payment is made. If your invoice remains unpaid after this time, your items will be returned to our inventory, and repeat occurrences may result in a ban from our page. We understand that special circumstances can occur. Communicating a committed alternate date of payment before the Friday due date is important. *Please do not bid on items you are not able to purchase by the due date. We are happy to assist with our layaway plan for any single large purchases.
Discounts apply only to regular priced items, while sale prices (DEALS) refer to geological events and 'As Is' items that are already discounted.
If an item has been added a 10% discount, it will be removed on Wednesday morning. We appreciate your quick payment with this extra incentive to pay within 48 hours, especially as we prepare for upcoming geological events and mineral exhibitions. *Your invoice is not due until next Friday's live.
Free Shipping is eligible across Canada with $200CAD or more in accumulated purchases, which can be perfect for those attending geological events or mineral exhibitions. We are happy to hold onto your paid items until you reach the $200 minimum.
Update your shipping status to a minimum of $300 CAD to receive a free gift valued between $20 and $30. This status will be noted on your account. Should you wish to change it, simply let us know. Once you request the update to $300 for the free gift and free shipping, all future orders will follow this guideline. Be sure to stay informed about exciting geological events and upcoming mineral exhibitions that may enhance your experience!
Layaway is available for a single purchase of $100 or more. A minimum payment of $30 must be made each week, on or before Friday, until the purchase is paid in full. Paying more than $30 in one week does not eliminate the following week’s minimum payment requirement.
You may sign up for as many layaways as you'd like as long as the $30/week payment is made for each layaway - each week.
Layaway payments are non-refundable.
